Layout and construction
We can review demolition, framing, openings and additions where a kitchen needs more than a surface update. Structural changes depend on the home and any required plans and approvals.
Coordinated trade work
Plumbing, electrical and other trade work are coordinated as needed for the agreed scope, so appliance locations, lighting and finishes are considered together.

Can you work on a kitchen as part of an addition?
Yes. Struss Construction handles additions as well as kitchen renovations. We can discuss expanding the space, with the final approach depending on site conditions, plans and required approvals.
How much will my kitchen renovation cost?
Pricing depends on the room, layout changes, cabinetry, finishes and trade work. A site visit and a defined scope let us prepare an estimate for your project rather than a generic price.
What should I have ready for the estimate?
Bring your wish list, any plans or inspiration, an approximate budget and preferred timing. Let us know if you have already chosen or purchased cabinets, appliances or fixtures. You do not need every selection finalized to start the conversation.
